Frank is the man! We hired him to cater a Church Christmas party. He delivered big on the day. The food was incredible. I highly recommend the pulled pork and the mac and cheese. He even gave us coleslaw for free since it was a church event!!

Excellent, I order the barbecue smoked chicken wing. The meat was very tender, and the falling off the bone. The chef’s honey spice barbecue sauce enriched the smoked flavors in the chicken. Well worth the price! This will be my Friday night take outs.Highly recommended to all Saint George’s population. You will love it GUARANTEED.

Frank is a pitmaster with a vision and the experience. The cuts we had were tender juicy and fall right off the bone perfect. The 2 sauces we tried were an enhansment to the meat. We could taste the smoke all the way through with every tender juicy bite. We look forward to trying all your cuts.

Frank is the best cook in town. He catered for a business function I had and did amazing! He smoked briskit sandwiches with pork and beef along with chilli dogs for the kids. He has delivered special for my family smoked chicken, salmon, and ribs. He never disappoints. The food is always juicy and flavourful.
